This is a specialized practice with home visits and hour long appointments, and has an additional annual membership fee that you can read about on the first page. If you are looking for a traditional medical practice, please look elsewhere!  If you are still interested, feel free to put yourself into my schedule..

ALSO, WHEN REGISTERING, PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO PASSWORD REQUIREMENTS, which are:
– minimum 8 characters, 1 capital, 1 lowercase, a number and a symbol which cannot be + or &.
