I am NO LONGER contracted with Brown and Toland HMOs and EPOs as of March 3, 2020.

I accept Medicare, Tricare and some Aetna PPO, Anthem PPO, Blue Shield PPO, United PPO, Cigna PPO, and Healthnet PPO products. Go to the member website or call the member services number on your insurance card to see if I am in or out of network with you. (though they may be delayed in updating their records)

I would be happy to see you if you are comfortable paying out of network rates for your visits.  Please consult with your insurance carrier to find out what these rates are.
